CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specially designed for kids and helps them to develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and is scalable for any participant at any level.

Who can join?

Classes are designed to accommodate kids from the age of 4 years old.

By keeping the program fun we instill a passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Your child will learn how to work in a team and gain confidence in his own daily routine. We strive to improve your little athletes to be faster, more flexible, stronger with increased agility and an overall well-rounded athlete for the future.

Our Kids package is R400 a month.
Classes will take place in the following time slots:

Mondays & Wednesdays  4PM – 5PM

Fridays 3PM – 4PM

Saturdays 8AM – 9AM

Our Teens package is R400 a month.
Classes will take place in the following time slots:

TUESDAY  5PM – 6PM
