CrossFit Kids?

CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specially designed for kids and helps them to develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and is scalable for any participant at any level.

Who can join?

Classes are designed to accommodate kids from the ages of 6 – 13 and teens from 13 – 19 years old.

From the Beginner to the Elite athlete, everyone will receive enough intensity to be pushed to their limits and improve their overall fitness.

Your little athlete will become faster and stronger in their chosen sport.

By keeping the program fun we instill a passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Your child will learn how to work in a team and gain confidence in his own daily routine. We strive to improve your little athletes to be faster, more flexible, stronger with increased agility and an overall well-rounded athlete for the future.

 

Our packages are R400 a month for 8 sessions. Classes will take place in the following time slots:

Mondays & Wednesdays –  4PM – 5PM

Fridays – 3PM – 4PM

Saturdays – 8AM – 9AM

You are more than welcome to bring your child for 2 free sessions to see what it’s all about.
